Gregg Magera joined Siegel, Barnett & Schutz, L.L.P. in 1991. He continues to practice in general litigation focusing on the areas of health law, criminal defense, family law and real property law.

Gregg, a Yankton, South Dakota native, received his BA and JD degrees from the University of South Dakota. He was admitted to the South Dakota Bar in 1991, the United States District Court for South Dakota in 1996, and the United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.

Gregg is a member of the American and South Dakota Bar Associations (President of Young Lawyers Section 1998-1999), the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, and is active in various civic and charitable organizations.
