Kathryn Hoskins has been a trial lawyer with Siegel, Barnett since 1993. Her area of practice is civil litigation in State and Federal Courts, primarily medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, personal injury, and insurance defense.

Kathryn, a Milbank, South Dakota native, is also a Registered Nurse. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Nursing in 1982 from Augustana College. In 1989, Kathryn graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law. After graduating from law school, she practiced civil litigation with another firm in Sioux Falls from 1989 to 1993, before joining Siegel, Barnett.

Kathryn holds memberships in the following organizations: American Bar Association; South Dakota Bar Association; South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association; Second Judicial Circuit Bar Association; Defense Research Institute; and American Association of Nurse Attorneys. She is also a member of the South Dakota Defense Lawyers Association.
