E-Mail: rrasmussen@sbslaw.net Reed Rasmussen graduated from the University of South Dakota Law School in 1979 after which he served two years as a law clerk under United States District Judge Andrew W. Bogue. Following the completion of his clerkship, he was an Assistant United States Attorney in Rapid City for five years. Reed joined the Siegel, Barnett & Schutz firm in 1986. Since that time, his practice has focused on civil and criminal litigation in both State and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Federal Advisory Committee for the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Brown County and American Bar Associations, State Bar of South Dakota, South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, the American Board of Trial Advocates and the South Dakota Defense Lawyers Association. |
