E-Mail: rtobin@sbslaw.net Rodrick L. Tobin graduated from Southwest State University in Marshall, Minnesota with a B.S. in Business Administration - Finance Concentration. He attended the University of South Dakota and obtained a Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees. He graduated in 1992 and worked for one year as the Law Clerk for the Second Judicial Circuit in Sioux Falls. After the clerkship, Tobin worked in Sioux Falls as President of Dakota Homestead Title Insurance Company until 1998. He returned to his hometown of Aberdeen to Work as Corporate Council for a multi-state retailer. Tobin joined the firm in March of 2002. Mr. Tobin is a member of the Brown County Bar Association; State Bar of South Dakota (Chair, Title Standards Committee, 1997-1999). He practices in the areas of business and corporate law, estate planning and real property. |
